Sustaining Membership — Show your support and build for the future!

Hilary Chiem UHCO2At Optometry’s Meeting, the AOSA relaunched the Sustaining Membership program with style, as dozens of students clad in AOSA green demonstrated the new online Sustaining Membership application and talked about the benefits of supporting AOSA, even long after one has graduated and moved on to practice. More than 100 optometrists and friends of optometry signed up on the spot!

Benefits include getting your name in AOSA’s magazine, Foresight, and keeping updated on the latest AOSA activities, as well as a membership certificate and at the $100 level a copy of “Borish”, the biography of optometry’s “architect,” by William Baldwin.  More important, you become a part of AOSA’s work to fund travel grants to attend Optometry’s Meeting and AOA’s Congressional Conference, offer educational and practical benefits to current students, and AOSA’s investment in a strong, united profession. With 93 percent of optometry students belonging to the AOSA, the organization is THE voice for optometry students and optometry’s future.

Joining is simple, thanks to AOSA’s online application and payment link.

Individuals wishing to give at a higher level may want to consider the platinum level.
