All events hosted by the AOSA are meant to better connect you with this great profession and are aligned with one of our four pillars: Education, Advocacy, Student Experience, and Tools for Success.

AOSA events range from large-scale national meetings to individual chapter events at each school. We encourage you to get as involved as you can.

Join us for the second annual AOSA Midwestern Regional Conference (MRC) September 13-14, 2024, hosted at The Ohio State University College of Optometry. The MRC is a unique opportunity for future Doctors of Optometry from the Midwest, studying in Midwestern optometry schools, and interested in practicing in the region. It provides a platform for networking, education, and leadership-building, and is the only regional conference in the U.S. Midwest that is organized for optometry students, by optometry students.

The 2024 Midwestern Regional Conference will consist of a Friday night Welcome Reception, a Saturday morning welcome event, keynote speakers, mini-CE lectures, AOA+ Leadership Link+, an exhibit hall, a residency panel, networking events, a Saturday night soirée, and more.
